Bio: Our protagonist. Max is labelled as a "geek girl" and tends to dress that way. Currently in college and hoping to go into tech support. She doesn't really need those glasses.

Bio: Max's partner in crime. Max also met Ricki on the internet, and they were quite astounded to find out they lived in the same county. Ricki was kicked out of college for being a "tard" and later thrown out by her parents.

Bio: Max's best friend. Kennedy lives 260 miles away from Max, near Manchester. They met on the internet and have become very close (via MSN) real-life friends. Kennedy has a bad habit of randomly turning up on Max's doorsteop unannounced.

Bio: Max's love interest...Moss took his alias from his favourite character in Channel 4's The IT Crowd. He's a tech support engineer. Kennedy doesn't like him very much.
